Expectations

One aspect of Career and Technology Education is to help students develop professional behaviors and responsible attitudes toward succeeding in all aspects of life.

Below are a few “soft skills” that we will practice in these courses with each other, school faculty, and any guest speakers participating in our class each day:

  • Punctuality:  Arriving to class on time and completing the daily warm-ups on time.
  • Courtesy and Respect:  Keeping personal electronic devices out of use and of no disruption to the class.
  • Attitude:  Having a positive, motivated and determined work ethic.
  • Responsibility:  Bringing all class materials and turning in homework/classwork on time.  Being prepared and organized.
  • Creativity:  Thinking creatively and contributing original ideas, work and designs.
  • Honesty: Telling the truth and doing your own work.

Communication: Parents and students are encouraged to communicate with myself at any time with questions, comments, or concerns. My contact information is above.

Let’s have a great year!
