Congratulations to Peyton Phifer and Amber Wright for being selected to participate in the summer Health Careers Camp which is sponsored by the Texas Area Health Education Center East-Capital Region. This camp is designed to give high school students an opportunity to explore a wide variety of health careers. 

Attention Senior Parents: There is a tradition at LHHS to present s slide show at the senior breakfast at the end of the year. This show includes the cap and gown photos as well as the formal poses that are used in the yearbook. We would have at least 3 or 4 additional photos of your senior from different ages to include in the presentation. Those photos can be dropped by the office, brought to Mrs. Wilie, or scanned and emailed to Mrs. Wilie at bwilie@libertyhill.txed.net

Liberty Hill High School hosted District 8-AAA Academic UIL contest on Saturday, March 22 and the One-Act Play competition on Thursday, March 27. LHHS won the district championship!  Congratulations to all contestants!  Check the results. 

Congratulations to LHHS Student Council Advisor Bonnie Dortch for being named Texas Association of Student Councils District 18 "Advisor of the Year". District 18 is made up of eighteen counties in the Central Texas area.  

Documentation after a Student Absence: LHISD Policy Change

Within one week upon return after an absence, the student must provide a note signed by the parent that describes the reason for the absence. Absences are labeled unexcused in official records until the campus office receives documentation from a parent. Information regarding compulsory attendance laws and attendance for credit has not changed.
